Agricultural Society
Hartpury Agricultural Society is a friendly and inclusive community for students passionate about agriculture, farming, and rural life. Whether you're from a farming background, involved in Young Farmers, or simply interested in the industry, Ag Soc is the perfect place to meet new people and get involved. Throughout the year we host socials, trips, competitions, networking opportunities, and events that bring students together both on and off campus. Join us to make lifelong friends, build industry connections, and become part of one of Hartpury's most welcoming societies.

Bee Club
Hartpury bee club welcomes all to the wonders of bee keeping. From hands on sessions carrying out hive checks and maintenance, to theory sessions learning about the lifecycle and health issues of bees, there's something for everyone. Equestrian Club
If you want to ride during your time at Hartpury, then Equestrian Club is open to everyone, regardless of what course that you are on. We provide a fun and supportive environment to meet other people who love horses! Riding lessons for non horse-owners are available onsite or at Hayswood Equestrian Centre.
Horse owners can benefit from progression programmes, group flat or jump lessons and a range of exciting clinics and training sessions. All members will also receive 10% off separate Hartpury riding lessons. Non-ridden activities are included too!

LGBTQ+ Society
The LGBTQ+ Society is here to spread equality, diversity and awareness throughout the campus and is open to everyone irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender, age and race.
The overall aim is to fundraise, run social events and provide a safe space for those questioning or otherwise. We have achieved implementing gender-neutral toilets on campus and hope to continue our campaigns.

Neurodiversity Society
Run by neurodivergent students, for neurodivergent students - whether diagnosed, self-identified, suspected or unsure. From ADHD to anxiety, OCD, acquired brain injury, and so on. Also, for students wishing to support and learn about neurodiversity. We meet with low pressure activities (e.g. arts and crafts, or body doubling) plus trips, events and workshops. These are optional, with a Whatsapp group for staying connected. We are a community, where you can unmask, around those who ‘get’ it :)

Polo Club
Members can participate in polo lessons held at Beaufort Polo Club for a discounted price and compete against other universities. You don't need previous polo (or horse) experience to join this club.
You will need your own riding hat and appropriate riding footwear as these aren’t provided. It is possible for a car share - we'll discuss when you join!

Powerlifting Club
Hartpury powerlifting club is an inclusive club tailored to introducing people of all levels to the sport of Powerlifting. Our club offers both weekly training sessions held at an external gym within Gloucester.

Snowsports Society
Join our Snowsports Society, Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned skier, our Snow Sports Society is all about bringing people together through a shared love of skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture. From weekly socials and dry slope sessions to unforgettable ski trips abroad, we create an inclusive community where everyone can learn, improve, and have fun on and off the slopes.
