Summer Ball!

The summer ball will be held on Friday 16th May 2025. It is open to all Hartpury College and University students (residential and non-residential are all welcome). Doors open at 9pm. Last entry is 11pm. The event finishes at 3am.

 

Location

The event will be held in a marquee on the lawns outside Hartpury House.

Tickets

Tickets cost £60 per person and are available to purchase via the Hartpury online shop. A limited number of Early bird tickets are available at just £50 (check the SU /Legends Insta for release date and info).

Please note you MUST bring your student card with you. You will not be able to enter the event without your student card as your student card is your ticket. You will not receive a paper ticket. Please retain your e-receipt as proof of purchase. 

 

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes! You are allowed to bring one guest with you. Please purchase an extra ticket through the online shop. You will need to do this as a separate transaction to your main ticket. If your +1 is not a Hartpury student, please enter your student ID and select 'University' if you are a uni student, or 'College' if you are a college student. Please complete all other details for them. 

 

Please be aware that U18's cannot have an over 18 guest. 

 

What’s included? 

Each ticket includes entry to the Summer Ball. There will be a bar and catering facilities, where you can purchase food and drinks. 

 

Please note, this is a cashless event. It is recommended that you pre-purchase your drinks tokens to avoid queues but they can also be purchased on the night. Drinks tokens can be purchased in blocks of £10. These will be on sale from Legends nearer the time - please keep an eye on Legends socials for further details. 

 

Alcoholic drinks will only be available for 18+ and proof of age will be required for all students, so please bring your ID. 

 

How much do drinks cost? 

A drinks list will be provided closer to the ball, but prices range from £1 to £5+ for spirits/mixer. Water will be available for free.

What food will be available? 

A food trailer will be at the event, offering a range of food including vegan and gluten free options.  

 

Dress code

The dress code is smart casual (no trainers, joggers or jeans).

Can I stay onsite? 

University students are able to bring a guest in to their accommodation. Non-residential college students are NOT permitted to stay overnight on campus.
